One of my favourite outdoor stores witj a good selection of items as well as a price match. It is worth paying for the discount card as you get your money back almost instantly depending on what you buy. Watch out for the WOW deals and don't forget the price promise which not only matches the price but knocks a further 10% off as i have used this many a time and saved a lot over the years. Staff are always helpful but not always great with math (only two to be honest in several years of visiting) so if you do use the price promise check the final price. Highly recommended.
staff are normally helpful, have had one that wasn't. but generally good service and helpful staff , great choice of camping gear , I do buy a fair bit of camping gear here. Car park is nice size for customers.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Patience galore and I called in many times to change my mind every time. Yes.... I bought the bike I chose originally! Chris was exceptional and gave me all the reassurance I needed to get back on a bike after 20 something years! All the staff were amazing can not recommend enough! Go get on your bike! Hi I have been a customer with Giant for more than 2 years basically since the Franchise opened here in Swansea. Product range is one of the best for both Male and Female Cyclists. The Accessories are well appointed and meet the requirements of modern day Cycling. The Sales staff are top notch, Jo in particular. Service is second to none i must be honest. I have fantastic advice from Mark and Tom and had complete rebuilds to my Specification. The Cafe is excellent food and service as well. It to me is a Cycling destination these days. I better not forget Magic Mike, well done everyone. See you in 2018.
