I can’t fault Tredz bikes in anyway at all....I don’t trust bike shops in Aberdeen so just about 2years ago I thought I’d buy a bike online....I found Tredz bikes and thought why not give them a try....I went with buying a cube stereo pro I must say it’s a cracking bike.....just over a year now I had a problem with one of the bolts on the bike so I phoned Tredz explained what the problem was and I have to say they dealt with the problem as quick as they could....this did mean sending the bike back to Tredz so the could see what was going on with the problem I’d told them about.....there was emails and phone calls from Tredz as to let myself know what the problem was and what the next steps of action they where going to take....this did mean the bike being away for some time but what I’m trying to say here is that Tredz bikes put my mind at ease that the bike was in good hands and they kept in touch with me the whole time.....there staff are so friendly and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for the service they have gave me.....if anyone was to ask me would I buy a bike from them again then the answer is an easy one 100% I’d definitely buy from them again....I live in Aberdeen Scotland and Tredz are in wales and I trust them more with my bike than I do any bike shop in Aberdeen.....thank you Tredz for everything and I will be buying from yourself again...cheers

Good name, because it is very large. Bikes, accessories and clothes. Also workshop. Added bonus here is coffee shop, with pleasant staff.

Hi I have been a customer with Giant for more than 2 years basically since the Franchise opened here in Swansea. Product range is one of the best for both Male and Female Cyclists. The Accessories are well appointed and meet the requirements of modern day Cycling. The Sales staff are top notch, Jo in particular. Service is second to none i must be honest. I have fantastic advice from Mark and Tom and had complete rebuilds to my Specification. The Cafe is excellent food and service as well. It to me is a Cycling destination these days. I better not forget Magic Mike, well done everyone. See you in 2018.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Patience galore and I called in many times to change my mind every time. Yes.... I bought the bike I chose originally! Chris was exceptional and gave me all the reassurance I needed to get back on a bike after 20 something years! All the staff were amazing can not recommend enough! Go get on your bike!
