Visited the Car Warehouse just to browse as I was looking for a cheap runaround to replace my money pit DS3. My brother and I called in on our way home from visiting other dealerships and were approached straight way, asked what I was looking for and invited to have a look around the showroom to see what was available. Having picked out a few cars, we went back to speak with Anthony, who had greeted us initially, to discuss financing. I was in a tricky position as my DS3 was in negative equity, but he went through the options that were available to me and we left to have a think about it. We called in to another dealer further down the road, who once they found out my DS3 was in negative equity, walked us back to my car and told us they couldn't do anything for me. After going home and speaking with my dad, we were back at the Car Warehouse barely an hour later to arrange the financing on a bright orange Toyota Aygo. Everything was taken care of smoothly and professionally and I picked the car up a week later. The handover was seamless, the finance documents and service plan were explained well and I was very pleased with the whole process. My new car is fantastic and does just what I wanted it to. Highly recommended.

Reserved car to be brought down from the Reading store . Took about 5days to arrive which was a quick turnaround as I was initially told it would take about 2 weeks. Staff at the branch were very friendly and welcoming. Hot drinks on arrival :) About a week after viewing the car, I was driving away with it. To know that it is a family run business that takes pride in their customers cars and not just worry about figures was very refreshing to me so I took my car there on guidance from my insurance Co and met a guy called Simon (estimator) who was of great help. Plenty of choice of different cars to look at and test drive here. Some of the sales guys are really helpful and very knowledgeable about the different cars. On the flip side, some of them can also come across as very pushy which I found very off putting. I myself was looking at one car in particular, and the hard sales tactics really dissuaded me from buying, and then I eventually found the same car somewhere else and it was less expensive. Model dinosaurs around the parking lot here kept my nephew entertained while we looked around which was a plus.

This place is seriously short of counter staff. One staff member was manning the till and kept disappearing for lengthy periods to locate and fetch what the customer wanted. In the meantime the shop front was left unmanned and a queue built up very quickly. There seemed to be plenty of staff behind the scenes but seemingly none of them able to serve at the counter. It seemed very inefficient as similar establishments manage to deal with customers far more quickly. The other people waiting to be served said it was the same in all Euro Car Parts shops. Surely the purpose of the person at the till is to deal with customers and not to have to keep going to fetch stuff. I am not blaming the staff as they no doubt work hard but things could be better managed. More than one person on the tills would be a start. The place is well stocked and seems competitively priced but the waiting must put off a lot of prospective customers. Better customer service is required and this would surely take the pressure off the counter staff too.

Warmserve were a welcome find to install my new inset gas fire. They did a very good job of the installation, and the customer care side of things was excellent. Friendly staff and reasonable price. As they have a team of engineers (nine, I think) they seem able to cover all aspects of plumbing/heating work, something that sole traders can't always do. It seems to me a good business idea to have a larger team of people. Recommended.

This is the best garage I've ever used. Austin and Perry are very approachable and professional. My Lt35 was just in for timing belt and water pump. They had a nightmare separating the crank pulley and getting a special tool to time the pump. After keeping me up to date throughout, they kept to the price quoted and it was very reasonable. This is the only garage to use and I recommend 100%.

Totally recommend, I was messed about by asquith electrical and someone he "passed my job to" after wasting money to be left in same state I got hold of Andy through here(yell) he was professional thorough, kept me apprised if issues keeping appt time etc, Andy came with correct equipment, figured issue, booked to fix issue and did a thorough job, very reasonably priced also, will most def hope he hangs around to be my perm go to electrician, you really can't go wrong especially if you care about safety as he checks things to make sure compliant etc too, basically this is how he is trained and he does what he is trained to properly!

I have been bringing all the dogs that i have owned here for years, i cannot fault them at all. They are so friendly the place is always clean and tidy every time we go there .One of my dogs has a skin allergy and they have no issue in giving him is tablets. We are up to 3 dogs now and this year and they are all retuning there in September for their own little holiday. Prices are reasonable and but can you ever put a price on someone else looking after your (4legged) babies.

Just collected my 2 Jack Russells from June was really worried when i left them as Oscar absolutely hates going to the kennels .We’ve used other Kennels in the area before and when ever we’ve collected them Oscar has been really quiet and followed us around for days . Not to mention they’ve previously brought some extra friends home with them ( fleas) but not this time they’ve had a ball thank you June for looking after them for the past nine days will defo use again and recommend to friends and family .

We wanted some photographs of my 2 children (9 and 5) with my niece and nephew (8 and 3 months!) for my mother-in-law's birthday, so booked a location shoot with Sandra at Langland Bay. Sandra was lovely with the children and made them feel so relaxed. It was more like a fun afternoon at the beach than a photo shoot. The resulting sample images were received very quickly and it was very difficult to narrow down our choice as the photos were outstanding! I would definitely recommend Sandra and will be using her again in the future.

I had a family photo shoot with Sandra and she did everything to make us all feel relaxed. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. She also photographed my daughter for her newborn photo shoot and she took so much time and care of my precious baby, she's really considerate of all her clients. The photographs speak for themselves and everyone is always commenting on them. She does not disappoint.

After both my heating and hot water failed I rang Mike Blake and he fitted a new Worcester combi boiler for me. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Timekeeping was exemplary and Mike fitted in around my time schedule. He was very polite and courteous at all times explaining everything that was being done and also showed me how to control my new boiler. After the work was finished it was like nobody had been here as everything was left exactly as it had been before. It has been nearly two weeks now and I am extremely pleased. So nice to find someone that is honest, reliable, trustworthy, who takes great pride in the service provided and who so obviously places customer satisfaction very highly. I won’t hesitate to use Mike again and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

In reply to Ann, I can guarantee you that its first come first served at the Baling-Plant Shop, Nothing is ever put aside for the 'Booters' Those booter guys just hang around the shop ALL DAY LONG, or visit multiple times a day--Every day, as you know if you've or your friends spent Any time there, so it then Appears that they get preferential treatment--They get--because they are there at the time items come in. No Preferential treatment at all,--Simples!.....

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Alex was really helpful and fast; he explained very well everything and showed me the storage room, and once everything was ready he even took me back to the storage room to show me how the lock worked. He made the whole experience hassle free and pleasant. The place is clean and dry, the storage units come in all sizes, so I found the one I need! Thank you!

Great experience overall with Tim Jones! My legal process took longer than expected but he still managed to set me a good price and achieving what it was expected despite of the multiple errors/mistakes on the other part that caused delay. I highly recommend him, he's a very good professional.

Next time a cab is 20 mins late and I phone up asking where it is to be told "We're still waiting for one" after initially being told its on the way. I don't expect the controller to hang up on me Because she didn't have the intelligence to answer . Sort it out

Booked a 6 seater on Thursday when other companies wouldn't take advanced bookings for an event on Saturday. Taxi arrived on time and was immaculate, lovely, helpful drivier who discussed our route and best drop off location. Would 100% use again. Thanks.

Came to clydach from Bridgend for the day, I have trouble using buses, so I try to rely on taxis, the operator was a delight and knew exactly where I was and where I needed to go, the driver was pleasant and had good manners too, fantastic firm, will definitely use them next time im in clydach :)

This was a really good, professional service - Neil arrived expecting one thing but found another due to my poor explanation of what I needed. In spite of this he had all the equipment he needed and got on with it. He also repaired a couple of other things that I had been having trouble with for some time so everything worked out well. I would have no hesitation in using this service again.

Bought a fridge freezer here today on a bank holiday as our aged machine had broken down and we felt it not worth repairing. Prices were as competitive as Currys and they very kindly offered to deliver the same day! Free delivery and comparable cost to other stores to take away our old machine. Great customer service. V.impressed!

Massive thanks to Andrew and the team at Lakeside Veterinary Surgery. They’ve taken great care of my fur baby for her op to remove a cyst today. Great service and £300 cheaper than my usual vets. Will definitely use again!!

Took our dog here as an emergency because our vets had no staff available, the vet we saw was very friendly, put us at ease straight away and explained things in a way we could understand. The aftercare is also excellent, we had a courtesy call the next day to check how Jessie was doing which was a nice touch.

I can’t thank these vets enough for all that they have done for my dog this year. She has unfortunately had to have 2 serious emergency surgeries and both times I have been so impressed with the support, treatment and aftercare I (and my dog of course!) received from all staff. The vets and nurses are excellent and kept me fully informed of everything that was happening to Luna and everything I should expect when I took her home. The reception staff are so friendly and understanding, even when I’m ringing up constantly asking questions! I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I need one and the vets are so thorough in their examinations I really can’t fault them. My girl has been operated on same day in both instances and we have had detailed aftercare instructions. They have been more than happy to answer any worries I had post surgery and always booked us an appointment if we had any concerns. Thank you to all the staff here who have made two horrible situations a little easier!

Absolutly brilliant and fantastic place. Staff very friendly and amazing at what they do. They saved our dogs life twice and we are extremly greatful! As you can see in the photo she's back to normal and causing trouble 😂😁
